Applications:
1¡¢Improves the homogeneity of polymer blend with different polarities and viscosities , other compound ingredients also can be mixed fast.
2¡¢In the mix cycle, disperse easily into compound , improves processing performance and batch to batch uniformity , especially for calendering and extrusion .
3¡¢Reduces compound viscosity and shorten mixture time .
4¡¢Improves calendering and extrusion rate in stead of increasing die swell .
5¡¢Enhances green compound tack , avoid dropping roller .
6¡¢Recommended to dark colored compounds due to its dark color and added in the first stage.
7¡¢Improves impermeability apparently , suitable for inner- liner ¡¢inner tube andbladder.
