Applications:
1. Improve the homogeneity of polymer blend with different polarities and viscosities to allow other compound ingredients to be mixed rapidly.
2. In the mix cycle, disperse easily into compound, improve processing performance and batch to batch uniformity, especially for calendering and extrusion.
3. Reduce compound viscosity and shorten mixture time.
4. Improve calendering and extrusion rate instead of increasing die swell.
5. Enhance green compound tackiness, avoid dropping roller.
6. Recommended to light colored compounds due to its light color and added in the first stage.
