1.      Due to reduction of intermolecular friction of rubber and external friction against

metal surfaces, IM-1 is highly effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds.

2.      IM-1 has outstanding release effect, improve compounds release properties, prevent sticking to rollers and rotors, and reduce mold contamination.

3.      In injection processing, increases flowing rate and size stability, reduce die swell, and improve surface smooth and groove pattern clarity.

4.      Suitable for deep groove pattern of tire tread and sidewall, and reduce appearance defect.

5.      Added with other additives or in the final stage.
