Overview:

Mold cleaning agent for cleaning all types of rubber mold, its unique activity will enable the attachment or sediment of the rubber mold to be dissolved or separated from the mold surface, and does not damage the mold surface, thereby enhancing the cleanliness of mold, extending the service life of mold, so that it greatly improve the appearance of rubber products.

1.      MC-300 cleans the vulcanization sediments (i.e., dirt) on the surface of rubber mold, with high surface activity and chemical reactivity, and does not damage mold.

2.      Spray MC-300 on the mold at 130 - 150^oC/266 - 302^oF, soften the dirt off automatically after 2 - 5 minutes.

3.      Rinse mold surface with clean water before mold cleaning agent is dry.

4.      Suitable for molds of the steel, copper, chromium and other molds for all kinds of rubber products.

5.      Improve the cleanliness of mold, extend mold life and increase qualified products.

6.      Recommended to coat with anti-rust paint after mold is cleaned. The effect will be better if cleaned regularly and frequently.

 

Firstly the mold is heated or cooled to 130 - 150^oC/266 - 302^oF, then spray or immerse mold cleaning agent on the working surface of mold, soften the dirt off automatically after 2 - 5 minutes. Rinse with clean water and dry with cloth. For thick dirt, brushes lightly with cooper brush when rinse with water. After usage, please cap tightly to prevent evaporation of liquid.

 

1.      Wear rubber gloves to avoid contacting with skin. Prevent spilling on the skin or clothing directly. Please flush with clean water if spilled.
